Forecasting the future of web development is no soothsayer’s cup of tea, nor the ability of a seasoned software professional to predict, the limit of human advancement in this field. The forecasts can never be accurate but what we follow is the current trends and look at the extremity of it. The developers are gifted visionaries, who has a knack of pushing the bar above and always quest for more refinement and agility.

For example, in a software program, it is a constant process to fix bugs, beef up security, remove glitches, and ensure a smooth running experience. We participate in this action happily, one because they are free and two, they are only good for our gadget or our computer as it will improve and enhance the overall performance.

When the content is ready the site can be uploaded or made Live on a pre-purchased domain.

This technology limits the dependence on front-end developers to a great extent who were on high demand a few years back. Be it the style or appearance of your website, its tabs/pages, creating and designing of your website, uploading content, and making it Live, for every step we were dependent on the web developers.

Another step forward in the development of the CMS programs. This technology allows retailers to create online stores all by themselves without having any prior skill in writing codes. It is a simplified process for the users or Potential buyers who can insert useful content about their products and services in special fields of CMS engine. For business owners, CMS technology is a boon as now they can relax and enjoy its benefits.

The technology already in practice on a limited scale at present in the forms of unlocking out smartphones, downloading software from the play store, or App Store. The process of remembering multiple passwords and user IDs for multiple websites for web accounts is a tedious task in itself and we have a common tendency to forget or mix up among User Ids and passwords. Some websites also demand complex combinations of letters and special characters and numerical which are hard to remember.

The extensive use of biometrics is the future of unlocking web accounts and websites. The device would use face recognition technology or finger impression to unlock personal web accounts, sensitive documents stored on the web, banking sites that demand more security, and our devices.

The bright side of this technology is that it will be hard to steal data and break in sites that are locked with biometric codes. Cracking passwords, data theft, hacking of sites, and stealing sensitive information, personification & cybercrime can be controlled to a great extent. Biometrics are already in practice during the issuance of passports, got identity cards, voter cards, at the immigration gates at airports, they are so far the most reliable means of storing personal details with minimum chance of leakage/sabotage. The future web developers have to keep in mind these path-breaking technological advancements and integrate these systems into their work process. The future websites will abandon passwords and start using the biometric system to log in. Future websites will be more secure for online transactions as fingerprint, face recognition, retina scan image or even voice recognition will add on to the security aspects. The GPS can determine the location of the user and keep a tab of each online activity.
