These foods are required to be cooked at right temperatures. You must keep on inserting a skewer to make sure the meat is cooked completely and no pink part is left. If the juices running are looking clear, then it’s the indication of a well-cooked meat. This is crucial because consumption of raw meat can result in food poisoning.
